HandEyeBody Academy

HandEyeBody Academy is a social enterprise with a mission to help people move better, focus better, and function better.

Continuing education for professional educators and therapists, with exercises and strategies for teaching functional skills including coordination, multi-tasking, visual tracking, fine motor control, reaction speed, memory and concentration, sensory processing, and more.

The online platform features an exclusive library of exercises that weave together combinations of hand-eye coordination, body movement, and cognitive challenges.

The Have a Ball Keynote & Team Building program helps corporate clients unlock their team’s ability to face big challenges with confidence, feel more connected & engaged, boost physical & mental well-being, make an impact in the community, and inspire a spirit of giving.

The Social Enterprise business model provides free programs for the community supported by each event appearance. When a client books Playing By Air for corporate events, team building, and conferences, we provide free programs to children's hospitals, schools, and non-profits in their community

High-Wired Lifeline

Lifting Communities from Poverty to Prosperity

High-Wired Lifeline partners with non-profit and social service organizations to offer free and reduced cell phone & text messaging service to the individuals and families that they serve. The High-Wired Lifeline Partnership Program also provides local organizations and advocates with social enterprise opportunities for funding to sustain their programs.

Jacob Weiss, PhD, is a social entrepreneur who believes that we can do the most good by being good at what we do, and doing what we love.

Dr. Weiss uses a community-based approach to evaluate and develop synergy in local communities and collaborative organizations. With expertise in multiple disciplines, from medical informatics to cause marketing and social networking, he is sought after as a strategy & design consultant for tech startups, corporations, and community organizations. He works with clients to transform their brands through new approaches to giving, listening, and community partnerships. He also is the director of Entertainment That Gives Back, a nationally touring company that bridges corporate events and social responsibility by donating performances to local causes with each event appearance.

Joy Teal has 10+ years of experience in managing the national marketing campaigns and branding initiatives for Fortune 100 corporate clients. After building a successful career in marketing and business consulting, she shifted her focus to community outreach by building partnerships between corporate clients, social enterprises, and non-profits/community advocacy groups. She founded a home healthcare & medical transportation agency, partnering with Medicaid to provide vital services to vulnerable and underserved patients.

Joy Teal's passion for community outreach and social advocacy has found her partnering with corporate and non-profit clients such as Wal-Greens, PNC Bank, Sesame Street, Head Start, and AARP. An advocate for those without a voice and the non-profits that serve them, Joy believes that we can do well, while doing good.
